Deep Belly Breathing

Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise as you fill your lungs with air. Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly fall.

4-7-8 Breathing 

Close your eyes and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 8.

Box Breathing

Hold your breath for a count of 4. Exhale through your mouth for a count of 4. Hold your breath again for a count of 4. Repeat this sequence for several rounds.

Alternate Nostril Breathing 

Sit in a comfortable position. Use your right thumb to close off your right nostril and inhale deeply through your left nostril.

Lion's Breath 

As you exhale, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and exhale forcefully with a "ha" sound.

Find a comfortable seat. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4, and then exhale through your nose for a count of 4.

Breath Counting 

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Inhale deeply and exhale fully. Begin to count each exhale, starting from 1. When you reach 10, start over.
